With 25+ years of real estate experience, both international, throughout the United States and locally, Audra brings her passion for our community, her agents and clients to work every day. Audra leads her company with her core values of faith, family and integrity. Doing the right thing no matter what is critical in the operations of her company. With a strong marketing and financial background, Audra has surrounded herself with a team to excel and provide concierge service to their clients. Audra is passionate about giving back to the community. She is on the board of directors for Hillcrest Platte County, a nonprofit transitional housing program for the homeless, board member of the Parkville Economic Development Council, member and past president of the Parkville Chamber of Commerce. When not helping her team and clients you can find Audra with her family. Her husband, 2 sons and 2 dogs keep her on the bleachers at baseball and basketball games or on the side of a soccer field on the weekends.

With over 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional in both Kansas and Missouri, Jodi Carey brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to Audra Heller & Associates. As the General Manager, she is dedicated to supporting her team and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. A retired Army wife of 20 years, Jodi understands the importance of stability, commitment, and the value of home. Her son, Cole, proudly serves as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army, alongside his wife, Faith, and their children, Alexander and Ava—Jodi’s greatest joys. Her other son, Gavan, is an audit accountant in Manhattan, KS, and she couldn’t be prouder of his accomplishments. Beyond real estate, Jodi has spent the past decade as an educator and coach, helping agents build a strong foundation in the business. She is deeply passionate about ensuring agents understand the importance of contracts and their role in protecting clients. She also serves on the KCRAR RPAC Committee, advocating for homeowners’ property rights and raising awareness of key legislative issues. At home, Jodi and her husband enjoy relaxing by the pool and making their house a true retreat. They love traveling to Mexico, soaking in the sun and making memories together. Whether she’s guiding agents, supporting homeowners, or spending time with her family, Jodi approaches everything with heart, expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Ronnie has been serving the needs of buyers and sellers in Kansas City for years. With a background as an inspector, Ronnie has been extremely helpful to first time buyers, investors and all of our clients! This background helps clients navigate what to offer on homes, what are the most crucial items to focus on during inspections, and how to negotiate inspections. Ronnie strives to always deliver impeccable client service, educational seminars, home maintenance tips, and the "client for life" mentality that Audra Heller & Associates strives for with clients. When not selling homes, Ronnie enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children's sports teams and playing basketball with friends.
